Middle and high school students deserve a ministry that addresses their unique life and faith challenges. The Link, the student ministry at Lee's Summit Community Church, is designed to do just that. Staff and leaders engage students in biblical yet culturally relevant ways. Students meet in our east auditorium.
The ministry is centered around:
O2 This worship service for middle school students at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays at The Element.
H2O This worship service for high school students meets at 11 a.m. Sundays at The Element
Home groups
Home groups meet throughout the week and help students to build healthy relationships with God, peers and leaders.
Outreach and service
Student Ministry is designed to help students live out their faith. To this end, students roll up their sleeves and serve their community, nation and world. They can be found stocking shelves at the Harvesters food bank in Kansas City and building shelters for homeless families in Jamaica.
Camps and special events
Student Ministry includes summer discipleship camps, seasonal retreats and recreational activities to help students thrive in a strong community of faith.
