What is Worship?

Worship wasn’t just something Jesus did, it was an integral part of His life. And if we want to know and become like Jesus, genuine worship will be a defining part of our lives. We worship God by pursuing who He is at both a head and heart level (Spirit & truth) and allowing that reality to be transformative, being reflected in how we live our own lives. We can engage our minds and hearts in who God is through personal devotion and studying scripture, meditation and prayer, and through congregational gatherings of singing together and the teaching of the Word.

If you are interested in helping in our Sunday Morning Worship Services, we would love for you to join us!

LSCC Kids Choir

If you have a child in grades K-6, we have an opportunity for them to get involved in worship this Fall! The Kid's choir is MUCH more than just singing. it also includes a devo time, small group connecting, and fun activities. The big idea is 3-fold: To teach kids how to experience God through worship, learn God’s Word, and develop community with other kids who are learning to follow after Jesus! More details coming soon.
